“We” means Raxni. “You” means our customer. “Your visitors” are the people using the chatbot on your website. This policy also covers visitors to the Raxni website and people contacting Raxni support.
Information we handle
We handle your account details, payment status, usage and the website pages, files and business information you give your assistant. This also includes your visitors’ messages, contact details, enquiries and bookings, your team’s follow-up notes, Playground test conversations, installation-help conversations and messages sent to Raxni support.
Website activity records can include pages viewed, the link or advertisement a visitor came from and information identifying a visit. Some network and browser identifiers are stored in hashed form. Hashing does not make them fully anonymous.
Raxni’s AI help chats
The AI helper on the Raxni website answers from Raxni’s public product information, plans and guides. It does not search the web. Help me install, inside your assistant’s workspace, uses your selected website platform, current guide step and limited setup status to help with installation. It may use a search provider or read official platform documentation to check instructions.
Both helpers use the question you send and recent messages from that help conversation. These messages may be sent to our AI providers; installation questions may also be used for searches. Do not send passwords, private keys or payment-card details. The helpers do not see your screen or make changes to your website.
The public AI helper keeps its visible conversation in the current page’s memory; refreshing the page clears that local history. Help me install saves its conversation for your account and the selected assistant, including the installation details needed to continue after refresh. New conversation clears the visible installation thread and starts guidance afresh; it does not reset daily usage or itself constitute a data-deletion request. These helpers do not create a conversation with the Raxni support team. Limited security and usage records are separate, and the AI and search providers’ own processing and retention rules still apply. Sending a message through Contact support creates a separate support conversation as described in this policy.
Playground also saves test conversations for your account and the selected assistant. Tests use your assistant’s information and settings, but simulated enquiries, bookings and human-help requests do not create live customer work or send emails. Saved help and test data follow the access, account-closure and deletion provisions in this policy.
Use and access
We use information to provide the service, handle billing and support, send service notifications and maintain security. The relevant grounds are our service agreement, legitimate service interests balanced against people’s rights, legal obligations and consent where required.
The team members you add to your workspace can see records according to their permissions. Our hosting, storage, email and AI providers receive the information needed for their work. Whop handles payments. Providers may process information in other countries, subject to the applicable transfer requirements. Contact us for provider and location details. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Keeping and deleting data
Saved workspace data is kept while the account remains open. Ending a subscription does not delete it. Authorised deletion requests and legal requirements apply separately.
After account closure is confirmed, you have two calendar months to download the data you are authorised to receive. We email a secure link and the exact deadline to your verified account email. At that deadline, the link expires and the export and relevant account data enter the deletion process.
Closing a team member’s account does not delete someone else’s workspace. Necessary payment, legal, support and deletion records may be kept separately. Technical logs and backups restricted from ordinary use have separate retention periods.
Your requests
Contact us to ask to see, correct, copy or delete information, restrict its use or object to it. You can withdraw consent where applicable. We may need to verify your identity.
For chatbot visitor data, contact the relevant website owner first. The two-month download period does not delay deletion required sooner by law. You can complain to the relevant data protection authority.
We will notify you of important policy changes. See the Cookie Policy and DPA for their respective details.
