Cookies and local storage are small pieces of information a website keeps in your browser.
What we remember
- Sign-in and security: Information that keeps you signed in and protects forms, until the relevant session or security token expires.
- Remember me: If you choose this option, a cookie helps keep you signed in between visits until it expires or is removed.
- Your messages to Raxni support: Guest browser permission to show your messages and our replies can last up to 30 days after access is granted. This is an access window, not a retention period; saved messages are not deleted because the permission expires. Authorised access through your verified signed-in account is separate from that guest browser window.
- Raxni’s AI help chats: The public AI helper keeps visible messages in the current page’s memory, and refreshing clears them. Help me install and Playground save their conversations on the server for your account and selected assistant, so refreshing can reopen them. Essential session and security information supports this access.
- Daily service limits: Essential browser identifiers help recognise a guest for requested help and support features and apply daily limits. Refreshing the page does not reset these limits. This identification is separate from optional website measurement.
- Chat on a customer’s website: The embedded Raxni chatbot remembers which conversation belongs to your browser, your chat preferences and relevant unfinished form details. These stay until the chatbot or browser clears or replaces them. There is no single fixed expiry for local storage.
- Your cookie choice: We remember whether you accepted or rejected optional website activity measurement for up to 180 days in this browser. Your choice applies separately on the Raxni website and the Raxni app.
Optional activity measurement
Optional measurement is off until you accept it. Choose Accept optional or Reject optional, and change your choice later with Change cookie choice on this Cookie Policy page. Rejecting it does not prevent sign-in, Contact support or chat from working. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement; it does not itself delete records already collected. See the Privacy Policy for requests about those records.
We keep a record of the choice, its policy version and its dates. Whop and other services you choose may have their own cookies and policies.
Clearing browser data
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. This can sign you out or stop an earlier conversation from reopening. Clearing browser data does not delete messages saved on the server.
